DON ROSE

Don Rose is highly experienced and skilled in all areas of grantwriting and grantseeking. He has raised over $55 million in more than 330 grants from foundation, corporate, and government funding sources, including $46.5 million as a consultant. This total also includes $37 million in more than 60 grants from federal, state, and county government agencies. Through this work, Mr. Rose has gained a strong reputation for in-depth strategic thinking and outstanding skills in proposal writing, prospect research, program development, and funding strategy. He is driven in this work by his dedication to making a difference in the lives of people, communities, and the environment. Through grant writing, Mr. Rose has obtained significant funding for organizations and programs in each of these areas: human services, health, housing, employment, education, and environment. He has had significant success obtaining grants for direct services, policy, and advocacy including systems change, capital campaigns, equipment and technology, and general operating support.
